Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY  

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

The Polly Foundation is a fiscally sponsored project of Community Partners®, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are deeply grateful for your support, and we strive to handle every donation with transparency and integrity.

 

Donation Refunds

Because charitable contributions are tax-deductible and immediately put to work to further our mission, we generally do not offer refunds on donations. However, we recognize that errors may occur and will work with you to resolve any concerns on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction. We will review your request and may, at our discretion, issue a refund for the full or partial amount.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Date and amount of the donation

  • Method of donation (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • Reason for the refund request

 

Event Registrations or Product Sales (if applicable)

If you register for an event or purchase a product (e.g., educational materials) through our website, separate terms may apply. Refunds for such transactions are only granted if explicitly stated at the time of purchase or registration.

Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Tax Considerations

If a refund is issued, you may be required to amend any tax return that included the deducted donation.
